High Speed Bottle Unscrambler

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Based on foreign advanced technology, we designed our advanced bottle unscramble machine to meet China market’s requirement on high speed and automation drink filling equipment.

The appearance of machine is cylindrical, and the bottom of the outer tube is equipped with adjustable feet for adjusting the height of the machine. A rotating cylinder installed inside of tube, and there is drop tank for bottle fall installed outside of rotating cylinder. The center of the machine is equipped with a fixed-rotating umbrella tower. When the hoist is activated according to the bottle-lack signal from the bottle detection device provided on the umbrella tower, the bottle falls from the top of umbrella tower and slides to the edge of the umbrella tower to enter the drop tank. After the bottle is unscrambled in drop tank, it is rotated to the bottle exit and sent to the air path.
